How can I schedule with a specific provider?
Providers with current new patient appointment availability can be scheduled using our site's online appointment request service, which is available for your convenience.
If the provider you are looking for is unavailable on the calendar, please call or text our office at 720-295-7304 for help. You can also complete our contact us form and a scheduling assistant will be in touch within 48 hours.
What insurance do you take?
Before making an appointment, please check the network status with your specific plan. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your network status with our providers. Many health plans listed provide members with a provider search portal to check their network status.

How long does it take to get scheduled?
As a mental health clinic, we offer patient appointments based on the first availability. If that appointment does not work with the patient’s availability, our scheduling coordinator will look for additional days/times.
Scheduling with a specific provider may take longer than recommended. We recommend that new patients accept the first available openings instead of delaying treatment due to a provider preference. Please know that we cannot estimate wait times if you decide to wait. We will continue to manage your request and initiate scheduling when appointments matching your preference become available.
What Are Your Office Hours?
Our Providers are in Clinic M-F. Providers work a 4-day clinic schedule.
Each provider has a different work schedule. After you request an appointment, our scheduling coordinator can give you specific provider availability.
Our office hours span from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing a wide window for your convenience.
Provider’s Natalie & Kevin Cherry offer appointments between 9a-5p.
Providers Paige Killam LCSW, Daniel Harpole, MA, and Myldha Verdelus, MA, offer additional afternoon and early evening appointments on select days.
What is your cancellation Policy?
Patients can cancel their appointments at no charge up to 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of $145.00 is applied. We do not offer sick cancellation exceptions at this time.
