Let’s Build Something Great…

The Incite Center is most proud of its recognition amongst the community as a best-in-class treatment center. To earn this reputation, we ensure that every clinical provider delivers the highest quality of treatment. A strength that is evident in our ability to cross-refer and collaborate on patient care. Equipping new therapists with the skill set required to build a successful private practice is central to our mission. Patient turnover, appointment consistency & patient satisfaction are essential measures to assess if we are accomplishing this goal. Access to 1:1 support and video review of weekly appointments combined with intensive training & development sessions are critical to our therapist's longevity, loyalty, and commitment to our team. But more importantly, we want to invest in their future sustainability, becoming equally solid and accomplished therapists, fully utilizing their gifts and talents to the best of their abilities.

Unquenchable Growth Mindset

This group does not include "perfectionists". We highly value any opportunity presented that helps us identify growth and improvement areas.

This group of providers "never settles for good enough." Since we aren't trying to be perfect, we can focus our objectives on continual professional development. We review our sessions, read journals and articles, work out development plans for our patients, collaborate and seek one another for advice and guidance, and approach our work with curiosity.

Comparison is the killer of joy. This group of providers has no interest in competing with each other. We highly value each team member's skills, gifts, areas of expertise, and unique therapeutic abilities. Each team member embraces collaboration and values "iron sharpening iron."

Counseling isn't a job for us. It's our passion. Our purpose drives our strong work ethos. Our purpose is to serve as guides who utilize their knowledge and training to assist our patients in reaching the full potential of their goals, whether that be mental, emotional, relational, or spiritual.

This group of providers has accepted that this type of work is not easy. It is sometimes complex, messy, and laborious. But we believe that it is worth it. We think its importance is worth the effort, "Nothing in this world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty.

If you are pursuing private practice; if you value a team experience; if you believe that your work is rooted in your passion to help patient's from all walks of life and have a….(you get the idea)
